Information this shell collects
The shell does not operate an account system, contact form, email capture, analytics vendor, advertising pixel, payment flow, or retailer link. It therefore does not collect a name, email address, ring preferences, or payment information through the website itself.
Email communications
If you email VeiledWish, the message may include your email address, display name, message content, attachments, and ordinary delivery metadata. VeiledWish uses that information to respond to the inquiry, evaluate a potential business relationship, protect the service, and retain necessary business correspondence.
Email is processed through iCloud Mail. Please do not send payment information, sensitive personal information, or confidential ring and purchase details. Correspondence will be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the inquiry, security, and applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Essential technical records
As with most web services, a future host may create essential server logs such as IP address, request time, requested page, and basic device or browser information for security, reliability, and abuse prevention. VeiledWish will retain and protect those records only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
Planned product data
The planned private beta is designed to keep choices local during a session. Creating a private share link would store only a normalized brief behind a random token, not the complete swipe history. A shared brief would expire automatically. The exact implementation and retention schedule will be published before that feature is enabled.
Analytics and advertising
No analytics or advertising technology is active in this shell. Before analytics, advertising pixels, or any comparable technology is activated, this policy will be updated to explain the provider, data, purpose, retention, and any required consent choices.
